By accessing or using this website and any services, resources, or content offered here (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or my Services. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Who I Am & What I Do
I provide financial transition strategy, guidance, and education for individuals and groups, including (but not limited to) professionals, athletes, women, immigrants, primary providers, and older adults.
My Services are informational and educational in nature. They are designed to help you think more clearly, make more informed decisions, and plan more confidently through financial transitions.
2. No Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice
Nothing on this website or in my Services should be understood as:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Investment advice
- Accounting or other regulated professional advice
I do not act as an attorney, accountant, tax professional, or investment advisor. I do not manage money, give individualized securities recommendations, or file documents on your behalf.
You are responsible for consulting with your own qualified legal, tax, investment, and other professional advisors before making decisions that could affect your finances, business, or personal situation.
3. No Client–Advisor Relationship by Using This Site
Using this website, downloading materials, joining my email list, or booking time on my calendar does not by itself create a client–advisor relationship. A formal relationship is only created when:
- We both agree to work together, and
- You sign a separate written agreement or engagement letter, and
- You meet any other conditions set out in that agreement.
4. Eligibility & Appropriate Use
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and will use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to broken laws, seek unauthorized access, or violate intellectual property rights.
5. Appointments, Sessions, Groups & Programs
Booking requires accurate info and punctual attendance. Cancellations under 24 hours may be charged in full. Late payments may result in fees or service suspension.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All fees for sessions, programs, or advisory services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because session times are reserved in advance, fees are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled, except where required by law.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a completed session.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
Any exception to this policy is made at my sole discretion.
These policies apply to all advisory sessions, including Stability Advisory Sessions and any future consulting or educational services offered through this website.
7. Intellectual Property
Content on this site is owned by me. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed, but reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
I treat user info as confidential and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law or to protect against harm.
11. No Guarantees
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
My total liability for any claim related to this website or Services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific Service at issue.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by local law. Any disputes will be handled in local courts unless alternative methods are agreed upon.
